• In case your e-visa application is rejected by the Turkey Government authorities for any reason, you cannot claim the refund.
• The refund is possible and will be made in the event there is a mistake on our part in terms of system failure or the e-visa application is not submitted to the Turkish authorities within the 24 hours of application submission

All payment to be made online on this website is in US Dollars. We hereby state that we take the responsibility of processing of your turkey e-visa for the price as mentioned on the website and same is made successfully from your side on the website. We hereby also state that we reserve the right to deny you the access to the website in the event, if we feel, in good faith, that you have failed to comply with the terms and conditions as mentioned on the website.

REFUND POLICY:
Refund is only possible in case your application has not been verified processed and submitted to visa Authorities at the time of your refund/cancellation request. Once the application has been submitted to the visa Authorities for processing your eVisa, no refund will be possible. If your application is rejected by the Visa or govt Authorities we are unable to provide a refund and you will have to apply to the local Embassy for a tourist / business visa which will include additional charges. Your fee will be refunded by request in case of any errors or omissions from our side. In case of any data is entered by you is wrong and the application already has been submitted to the visa authorities, then the application fee can not be refunded and you will need to make a fresh application with fresh payment of the application fee.
